
Misty is a former business development executive and is the owner of The Shallow River Emporium. She sits on the Cass County NE Economic Development Committee and is the HDPA representative for the Nebraska Main Street Network. Misty also chairs HDPA's Community Engagement and Economic Development Committee.

Carrie currently works for the government and has a PhD in Anthropology. She is the owner/operator of Wimbro Farms, a family run flower farm on the outskirts of Plattsmouth. Carrie chairs the HDPA Promotions & Events Committee and co-chairs on the Community Engagement Committee.

Deb is a Co-owner of Full Draw Archery; the CAO of ARRO Buy Group and owner of a newly refurbished building on Plattsmouth's Historic Main Street. Deb is HDPA's financial liaison working with our banking partners and manages our grant programs.

Nickie is a Vice President and loan officer at Citizens State Bank in Plattsmouth. She also sits on the Cass County NE Economic Development Committee and chairs the HDPA Historic Preservation & Revitalization Committee.

Kinsey Nixon-Bay is co-owner and lead photographer of Nixon Photography, serving couples and families from her studio in historic downtown Plattsmouth and all over Nebraska for the last 18 years. As a member of the HDPA Board of Directors, she is passionate about preserving and promoting the charm, culture, and vitality of downtown Plattsmouth.

Tasha Bashus works as the Youth Services Librarian at the Plattsmouth Public Library. Tasha is passionate about promoting and organizing youth programs in the community. She has a leadership role in two of HDPA's flagship events including Halloween Treat or Treat on Main and Ms. Claus's Closet for Victorian Christmas on Main. Tasha is also an active member of the HDPA Events Committee.
